Clubhouse SLC

A Historic Venue

A continuation of the Ladies' Literary Club...

The Clubhouse on South Temple is a grand token of history in Salt Lake City. Since 1913, it was the home of the Ladies' Literary Club, an arts and education institution for women, the first of its kind in the West. This Prairie-style mansion, designed by local firm Ware and Treganza, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. In 2013, the Utah Heritage Foundation came under ownership of the building and in 2016, the deed was sold to Photo Collective Studios co-owners, Dave Brewer and Jesse Jude Gilmore. This creative duo is excited to continue the Clubhouse's history of housing the arts and education, and we are delighted to have them as hosts of the show.
